job vacancy is open with a leading Global and London Market Insurance Broker.

Responsibilities Work with the Head of Risk, Monitoring & Reporting and Monitoring Associates in delivering the Compliance Monitoring Plan. Monitoring includes but may not be limited to: Tracking and reporting of the firms Contract Certainty Performance Oversight and Management of Brokerage Monitoring Supporting the Monitoring Associates on review preparation Oversight of action implementation by Divisions post review Management of trend analysis and subsequent reporting Placement/Broking file reviews Work with the Head of Risk, Monitoring & Reporting and Monitoring Associates in the production and management of monitoring dashboards/management information for provision to the Boards and their Committees. Support the Head of Risk, Monitoring & Reporting and Monitoring Associates as directed on regulatory projects and creation of the Risk Monitoring Plan. Undertake other responsibilities necessary for the performance of the role and support the teams alignment of the Monitoring Framework. Attend internal forums and external webinars relevant to the Compliance Monitoring team as required. Assist the Head of Risk, Monitoring & Reporting and Monitoring Associates in the writing of terms of reference and reports to Senior Management relevant to reviews. Experience

Insurance industry or regulatory/compliance experience. An understanding of (re)insurance broking market and General Insurance. Understanding of conducting file reviews and/or audits within an insurer/broker. Previous experience in an administrative role within a Broker or Insurer. Any Class of Business insurance broking/underwriting experience would be seen to be an advantage as would any Claims Handling experience. Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications

Awareness of the UK regulatory and insurance broking industry. Able to manage workload and competing priorities with efficient administrative and organisational skills. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Awareness of Contract Certainty requirements and/or Market Reform Contract (slip) standards. Able to show initiative and develop solutions to challenges. Appreciates the need for consistency and high quality in working practices. Attention to detail and accuracy in producing documentation. Can demonstrate good qualities of a team player.
