Compliance Administrator

to join their ambitious and driven team. About the Role: As a Compliance Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring all documents are prepared and submitted accurately to our funding partners, while also resolving any compliance-related issues. They’re looking for someone who is motivated, organised, and capable of handling tasks independently or as part of a collaborative team. What You’ll Be Doing: Ensure all submissions meet guidelines and are delivered on time. Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customers to resolve any issues before and after installations. Identify issues with submissions and escalate them to the Compliance Supervisor. Help monitor and improve compliance performance, aiming for first-time accuracy. Review existing processes and suggest improvements. Stay informed about relevant regulations and funding partner requirements. What You’ll Need for the Role: High attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. A team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous experience in compliance is a plus.
