Compliance Officer – Damp, Mould, Condensation & Disrepair £34,340.00 per annum Chester Full time, Permanent About You Are you experienced in repairs and maintenance, with a deep understanding of Damp, Mould and Disrepair and an enthusiasm to deliver great customer service? If you have the skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done, then Muir is the place for you. We’ve launched a new look repairs and maintenance team, incorporating a specific team for Damp, Mould and Disrepair. We have an exciting position of Compliance Officer (DMC/Disrepair). Working alongside likeminded colleagues, you’ll administer processes relating to Damp, Mould, Condensation and support the delivery of works relating to Disrepair cases, ensuring target timescales and high customer satisfaction are achieved.
