With a strong commitment to safety and compliance, they are looking for a Compliance Officer to join their team. This hire will be on an interim basis, with a strong possibility of transitioning to a permanent position.
The Role -
Compliance Officer (Gas)
: Drive excellence in domestic gas safety compliance across a diverse property portfolio, ensuring resident safety remains paramount Proactively coordinate remedial works and planned maintenance programs Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors while providing robust quality assurance of all gas safety works Develop and implement best-practice gas safety policies, turning regulatory requirements into practical procedures Take ownership of comprehensive compliance reporting and certification management Act as a technical expert for gas safety matters, providing guidance to stakeholders Lead contractor performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives Handle sensitive resident communications with professionalism and care Benefits: Temporary to permanent job opportunity Competitive contracting day rate Salary ranging from GBP37k-GBP42k once permanent, depending on experience 37 hour working week Modern hybrid working approach Flexible hours to support work-life balance 28 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
