Job Description
Develop and implement company policies and regulations.
Understand and apply legal requirements and controls.
Regularly review the company framework for compliance.
Keep up-to-date with, and understand, relevant laws and regulations.
Monitor compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies.
Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
Report non-compliance issues.
Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Compliance Officer should have:
A good understanding of legal guidelines and corporate governance best practices.
Experience in risk management.
High integrity and professional ethics.
Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of IT and legal matters.
Outstanding communication skills.
