As a Compliance Officer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that teachers and support staff meet the highest compliance standards, aligning with the REC’s Gold Standards. You will play a critical role in safeguarding quality and ensuring that candidates are job ready. We are looking for someone who is: Detail-oriented and organised Quick to learn new systems and processes Resilient, with the ability to handle compliance challenges efficiently What we offer:
