As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Compliance Officer.

Job Description:

The Compliance Officer role is pivotal within our organization, and you will be responsible for ensuring that candidates within your sector fit the necessary requirements to legally be placed in services we support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation. Process DBS/Access NI/PVG (Northern Ireland equivalent/Scottish equivalent to DBS). Chase outstanding compliance. Request and obtain references. Keep a clear record of compliance and completed files. Comply with company management systems, policies, and procedures including accurate database management. Identify when processes can be streamlined.

Requirements: Previous experience in recruitment compliance or business admin. Proven track record of quality assurance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to be organised and structure your own day with guidance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to your work and ability to think outside the box.
