Job Description What will you be doing? We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Compliance team in London. You will report to the function Head, provide regulatory input to support delivery of (a) good client outcomes, (b) a compliant and risk aware culture and (c) the Group’s business model and strategy.  As Compliance Officer, your responsibilities will include among others: Regulatory horizon scanning Conduct the identification, analysis , monitoring & evaluation of Financial Services regulatory pronouncements which impact on the activities of Evelyn Partners business. Produce management information and written communications for Working Groups, Committees & Boards. Support regulatory change implementation Developing and maintain implementation plans. Serve on relevant interest groups, working parties and committees. Prepare packs for Regulatory Developments led meetings and taking minutes where required. Support the design and implementation of Evelyn Partners compliance learning programme Consult with compliance policy owners on how learning interventions should be designed and delivered. Working with the Learning & Development function and compliance colleagues, design and deliver. engaging and high-impact learning solutions via multiple platforms e.g. recorded learning, webinars, workshops, etc. Develop and update training materials, ensuring they are appropriate, technically accurate, fit for purpose and meet the business needs. General Assist the function maintain up-to-date departmental procedures. Collaborate with colleagues from across the 3 Lines of Defence to support the embedding of a client and risk focused culture across the Group.
