We are seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure our operations align with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
What you'll do:
Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct audits, risk assessments, and inspections across all projects. Develop, implement, and review company policies and procedures. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and legislation, ensuring our business remains compliant and all documentation is up to date. Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance and safety practices. Collaborate with teams to address any compliance-related issues proactively. Participate in the investigation and reporting of accidents, near misses, and dangerous occurrences, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented. Review and audit subcontractors. Liaise with regulatory bodies. What we're looking for:
Proven experience in a compliance, health & safety, or regulatory role (mechanical & electrical experience is a plus). NEBOSH Certification. Experience managing internal audits, risk, and implementing control measures. Thorough knowledge of compliance standards, including HSE regulations and quality assurance. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset. What we can offer you:
