Role Description
We are looking for someone to join our busy compliance team, based at our Mold head office. In your new role you will have a caseload of candidates, who you will be responsible for completing relevant compliance checks and collecting documents from to ensure that they are made compliant for work as quickly as possible in line with relevant policies and practices. You will be expected to maintain high levels of customer service by keeping your candidates updated through the process.
Person Specification
Accuracy and attention to detail Team Player Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Customer service skills Professional attitude Ability to clearly explain complex information to a variety of audiences Ability to manage and prioritise a large workload
It would be good to have Experience handling confidential information Experience with compliance Experience processing DBS checks
