We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organisation adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of our operations and fostering a culture of compliance within the company. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for conducting internal audits, managing compliance reporting, and ensuring that all banking operations align with regulatory standards. Duties

Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with policies and regulations. Prepare and submit regulatory reports accurately and in a timely manner. Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory requirements affecting the banking sector. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance management is integrated into all business processes. Develop and implement compliance training programmes for staff to promote awareness of regulatory obligations. Maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance activities, findings, and corrective actions taken. Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies during inspections or inquiries. Requirements

Proven experience in compliance management within the banking sector or related fields. Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and internal audit processes. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to communicate complex compliance issues clearly to various stakeholders. Proficient in using compliance management software and tools. Relevant qualifications in finance, law, or a related discipline are preferred but not essential.
