Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance management is integrated into all business processes. Develop and implement compliance training programmes for staff to promote awareness of regulatory obligations. Maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance activities, findings, and corrective actions taken. Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies during inspections or inquiries. Requirements
Proven experience in compliance management within the banking sector or related fields. Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and internal audit processes. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to communicate complex compliance issues clearly to various stakeholders. Proficient in using compliance management software and tools. Relevant qualifications in finance, law, or a related discipline are preferred but not essential.
