Compliance and Quality Manager

to join our small Quality team working closely with and supporting our colleagues across the Hospice. This newly created role will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest standards and expectations set by Care Quality Commission are met and exceeded; therefore, a good understanding of CQC requirements is a must. You will have a clinical background or be a non-clinician with a strong understanding of clinical governance to promote and drive continuous improvement. The role requires a passion for data, identifying themes and trends to support action plans to deliver any learning outcomes.
