£45,000 - £60,000 DOE CRA Consulting are delighted to be working with a prominent and well-respected organisation as they look to appoint a Compliance Solicitor to join their established in-house legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to make their mark within a leading organisation that operates across multiple sectors. The Role:

This exciting position offers the chance to work within a collaborative legal services division, delivering compliance support and regulatory advice across the organisation. The role is hybrid, with the flexibility to work primarily from home. Office attendance is limited to 1-2 days per week, with a choice between Sheffield or Manchester offices, where you will sit alongside the wider compliance team. Key Responsibilities:

Managing complaints and professional negligence claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Advising on data protection regulations and supporting compliance with evolving legislation. Overseeing money laundering compliance across the group and providing strategic guidance to internal stakeholders. The Candidate:

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have: 2+ years' PQE as a solicitor, although applications from candidates with 1+ years' PQE and a strong compliance background are encouraged. Demonstrable experience in handling complaints, professional negligence claims, data protection, and money laundering regulations. A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and build strong working relationships across the group. Why Join?
