Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00 . What will you be doing as a Compliance Systems Manager at Avara? You will support Avara's Technical Management Systems by analyzing and communicating new requirements, working closely with technical teams on QMS-related projects, advocating for effective system use, and stepping in as a deputy for the Senior Quality Systems Manager when necessary. Key Responsibilities: Ensure Milo is up to date with all current customer Technical code of practices/policies and 3rd party standards. Undertake gap analysis on new or amended customer code of practices/policies and third-party standards. Coordinate and assist with site gap analysis and follow up on actions raised. Provide necessary information, documentation, and updates associated with the QMS to all manufacturing sites on an ongoing basis. Provide monthly analysis on iAuditor internal audit non-conformances. Perform independent system audits as required to check QMS compliance. Support training for systems e.g. Milo and iAuditor. Maintain iAuditor internal audits in line with requirements. Support Site Technical teams in external audits. Work with other departments to ensure best practices for quality management systems and data management software solutions are adopted. Assist in driving group projects and exploring the use of systems for QMS/EMS/EnMS functions. Implement and maintain the Technical, Environmental, and Energy Collaboration and Teams pages on MILO. Support Technical Services with Recipe Professor. Support Supplier Assurance with Sinica, Authenticate & iAuditor. Support Engineering with Sinica Contractor Management. Maintain, support and develop the functionality of the systems including responding to day-to-day queries. Apply an effective system to assist with training. Be the departmental expert on Power BI.
