To provide pragmatic and vigilant certification reviews and certification decisions, together with support to internal departments in the effective execution of the service delivery. Accountabilities:

Planning:

Support the PAS 2030 Inspections Coordinator to maintain appropriate technical and professional training and development plans for all auditors. Proactively develop and maintain strong communication channels with all relevant internal departments. Work closely with the PAS 2030 Inspections Coordinator to ensure all agents are proactively monitored. Resourcing:

Highlight any issues arising from resources, i.e., personal development and the audit team, to ensure sufficient competent resources are available for a robust compliance management system and efficient contract reviews, audit report decisions, client certificate updates, and auditor recruitment. Delivering:

Maintain constant vigilance of emerging compliance management system risks and opportunities, particularly regarding changing accreditation body requirements and implementation of changes to product/service offerings by Amtivo. Reporting:

Provide appropriate reports and performance statistics on the key compliance management system processes as directed by the PAS 2030 Inspections Coordinator. Success criteria:

Best-in-class supporting materials, resources, and guidance for all auditors who deliver audits on behalf of Amtivo. Effective communication with all internal interested parties on compliance process changes. Context:

The Compliance Technical Executive is primarily accountable for: Ensuring support is given to all internal departments, including overseas partners and UK partners, for the execution of the service delivery. The execution of efficient contract review, audit report decisions, and auditor competency management processes. Competencies:
