Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Field Service Engineer specializing in air compressors to cover the West Midlands area.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting service and maintenance on air compressors for our clients. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, conducting routine maintenance and inspections, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also collaborate with other departments and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service processes.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in servicing and maintaining air compressors Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of air compressor systems and components Experience with conducting routine maintenance and inspections Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
Benefits Basic Salary £30000-£40000 D.O.E (some flexibility for particularly experienced candidates) Company vehicle + Fuel Variable Annual Bonus Travel time and OT (subject to availability)
