Computer Science Teacher (Part-Time), January Start
Zen Educate is currently looking for a part-time teacher to take on Computer Science at a secondary school in Bristol starting in the new year. While ideally this post would be working about 3 days a week, the school would also consider someone full-time who could do some general cover on the side.
Marking and planning are required, and this post is term-time only on a fixed-term contract.
This post is suitable for a teacher who has other commitments but still wants to teach.
Requirements:
UK QTS with a specialism in Computer Science. Able to plan and deliver engaging lessons to students, accessible to all students regardless of their attainment/learning level. Confident in the curriculum surrounding Computer Science. Track student progress and report to the department head, parents, and other SLT as required. Strong classroom management skills. Good use of classroom support staff, where applicable. Enhanced DBS on the update service.
