Step Teachers are working with a School that is seeking a dedicated and passionate Computer teacher to join their team after Christmas full-time in a long-term supply role. Computer Science Teacher - Role: Able to plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons. Teach Computer Science across a range of year groups (Key Stages 3-4). Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills through practical Computer Science projects. Maintain a well-organised classroom and ensure the safe use and storage of all equipment. Work effectively with other members of staff throughout the school. Assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback. Comply with the school’s policies and reliably implement them. Computer Science Teacher - Requirements: Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification. Experience teaching at secondary level (KS3-KS5) is preferred, but strong NQTs are welcome to apply. Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management. A degree in Computer Science or a related field. Why Step Teachers?
