Encourage students to develop critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting challenging goals. Maintain a stimulating and inclusive learning environment, ensuring all students feel supported and motivated. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the computer science curriculum and share best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and integrate them into teaching practices.
Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field. Teaching qualification and experience in a secondary school setting. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for computer science education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
