for one of our Mamas & Papas concession stores in Poole within Next. As a
DEPUTY MANAGER
for this Mamas & Papas concession store, you will work as a team with the Concession Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, enhance store experience, and achieve store KPI's. Additionally, you will manage a team of amazing Mamas & Papas Supervisors and Sales Assistants within the store. You will look to support in motivating, inspiring, and developing this incredible team, always willing to lead by example. This vacancy covers 32 hours a week, across 5 days, including either Saturday, Sunday or both.
