for one of our Mamas & Papas concession stores in
Bluewater within M&S. As a
DEPUTY MANAGER
for this Mamas & Papas concession store, you will work as a team with the Concession Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, enhancing store experience, and achieving store KPIs. Additionally, you will manage a team of amazing Mamas & Papas Supervisors and Sales Assistants within the store, supporting in motivating, inspiring, and developing this incredible team, always willing to lead by example.
