to oversee their exclusive concession located in one of the most prestigious department stores in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for luxury fashion and an expertise in footwear. Role Overview:

As the

Concession Manager , you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our luxury footwear concession within a high-end department store. You will lead a team to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales performance, maintain visual standards, and uphold the prestigious reputation of our brand. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the footwear concession, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets. Deliver exceptional customer service, offering expert knowledge of our luxury footwear range and ensuring each customer’s needs are met with the highest standards. Drive sales and performance through effective stock management, visual merchandising, and implementing brand strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business. Manage inventory, including stock ordering, stock take, and ensuring the concession is always well-stocked with premium products. Maintain brand presentation, ensuring that all visual merchandising guidelines are adhered to. Monitor and report on sales performance, setting clear goals for the team and providing regular feedback. Liaise with the department store management team to ensure that both parties are aligned on objectives and promotions. Ensure all operational procedures, including cash handling and store security, are adhered to in line with company policies. Key Requirements: Must have a proven background in

footwear retail , ideally in a luxury or high-end retail environment. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a

management or supervisory role

within a retail or luxury fashion environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional results. A genuine passion for luxury fashion and a thorough understanding of the footwear market. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
