We have an exciting opportunity for a Concession Manager to join a lovely women's fashion brand based in their partner store in Poole. We are looking for a commercially minded Concession Manager looking to make their next step within fashion retail. You will possess strong product knowledge, provide excellent customer service, and have great attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities will include:
Management experience Maximising concession sales Delivering exceptional customer service Stock management; including but not limited to: processing deliveries, stocktaking, replenishment and recalls Maintaining excellent visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines Implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions, to tight deadlines Building excellent relationships with host store staff Ensuring any required administration is completed Person Specification:
We're looking for someone who brings a positive, proactive approach to their role. Customer service focused Proven experience in a retail role Ability to work to targets Commercially aware Highly organised Enthusiastic and willing to be hands-on Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as lead a team Flair for visual merchandising Strong communication skills, with the ability to build good relationships with a wide range of people Willingness to rise to a challenge and learn new things
