The Concession Manager will oversee and maximize sales within our network of concessions located in prominent high street stores. This dynamic, hands-on role involves stock management, visual merchandising, liaising with Head Office, and occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance sales across the concessions. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct regular stock-taking, manage replenishments, and handle recalls. Ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising consistently across all concessions. Execute visual merchandising that reflects the brand. Implement marketing campaigns and promotions in line with company guidelines.
