Key Responsibilities: Oversee all store operations, ensuring efficiency, exceptional customer service, and achievement of sales goals. Lead, inspire, and develop your team, creating a motivated and high-performing workforce. Build lasting relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Drive sales by utilizing expert product knowledge and helping your team achieve targets. Ensure the store meets the highest standards of visual merchandising and presentation. Collaborate with senior management to implement strategies that enhance the store's performance.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Store Manager in a premium or luxury retail environment. A passion for furniture and home décor, with a flair for design and visual merchandising. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive sales while maintaining high customer service standards. A proactive and hands-on approach, with excellent organizational skills. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
