Provide a quality service to the residents and ensure individual requests are dealt with efficiently and timely. Assist with the security of residents and the building, ensuring safety is maintained. Ensure all requests & enquiries to the Concierge Department (in person, email, and telephone) are addressed efficiently and professionally. Accept and issue resident’s parcels. Meet and greet all residents, guests, and clients with a demonstrated stand-to-greet service. Ensure smooth running of communication systems within the estate (telephone, radio, internal intercom, etc.). Ensure only authorized persons are given access to restricted areas. Issue visitor parking permits and explain onsite parking procedures. Aid the security of the estate by communicating regularly with them about any concerning matters. Liaise with cleaning staff regarding domestic rubbish removal and act accordingly. Correctly report any security or health and safety issues. Accurately report any incidents or complaints. Safekeep security keys for residents and the estate, strictly following operating procedures. Issue keys only to authorized personnel/residents with appropriate verification. Cross-train in other resort departments. Respond to resident enquiries via the b. Life system, ensuring time constraints are met. Handle receipt and issue of residents’ dry cleaning/laundry, ensuring paperwork is completed. Conduct apartment and estate key audits during night shifts, following up on missing keys. Proactively address maintenance and cleaning issues within the estate. Maintain a safe environment for all individuals in the estate. Securely handle personal data, ensuring PC is locked when not in use and compliance with GDPR. Report accidents and record them in the accident book as appropriate. Handle high-pressure situations with calmness and patience. Conduct monthly stock checks of the first-aid box and concierge supplies, requisitioning as necessary. Assist residents in a friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up. Build rapport with residents. Skills, Experience & Qualification
