Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Supervisor to join our team.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience, with proven leadership and supervisory skills. Responsible for ensuring risk assessment briefings and toolbox talks are carried out. Making sure operatives are put to work and are carrying out work in a safe manner. Ensuring site record keeping is completed and up to date. Responsible for ensuring the correct plant is on site for the workload. Responsible for ensuring materials are ordered to suit the programme. Ability to work as part of a team yet willing to work independently. Must be able to work to engineers' levels. Must be able to do Tamp Finish, Float Finish, Brush Finish, Trowel Finish, Power Float Finish, and able to make good of concrete. Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications accurately and implement on site. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, resources, and personnel to meet project deadlines. Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and enforcing safety protocols.
