Conference and Banqueting Manager Ideal Profile:
- Previous experience in event operations management, preferably in a luxury or historic venue
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and train a diverse team
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple events simultaneously
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to handle guest requests efficiently

Conference and Banqueting Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup and execution of all conferences and banquets, ensuring each event meets the specific requirements and exceeds guest expectations
- Coordinate with the culinary, front office, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless event operations
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss upcoming events, allocate tasks, and address any concerns
- Maintain high standards of service and presentation in all event spaces, regularly inspecting them for readiness
- Manage event budgets and resources, optimizing costs while maintaining high-quality standards
- Provide exceptional leadership to the events team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
