Your main duties will include:
Become confident in your knowledge of what our hotel offers in terms of layouts, capacities, and menus.
Set up and assist the client in the use of audio-visual equipment.
Meet and greet event organisers and be their point of contact.
Manage, supervise, support and train the team.
Ensure that a professional service is offered to our clients.
Provide the highest level of presentation of our event rooms.
The successful candidate will already be a supervisor or is experienced in conference and banqueting and ready to take their first step into a supervisory role.
