Configuration Management Analyst – Stafford, VA

Alexandria Insights is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to support our customer in Stafford, VA. Duties include: Apply disciplined technical, administrative, and surveillance CM practices expanding the integrity of the portfolios and associated documentation. Support Configuration Review Boards and audits and systems engineering/software/testing reviews, working groups, and other technical forums. Identify Configuration Items (CI) data and document developmental CIs. Support development and allocation of system requirements to system baselines and ensure baseline description records are accurate and complete. Assist in the development and review of Engineering Change Proposals, Requests for Variance, and Notices of Revision. Perform data entry and analysis within a CM database application. Review documents such as Prime/OEM/Contractor CM Plans, drawings, Technical Data Packages, and engineering changes/deviations monitoring requirements and functional/allocated/product baselines and providing a status report addressing discrepancies and resolution CoAs. Participate in Group, Functional, Team, and Integrated Product Team activities as required. Travel and perform other related duties as required. Qualification Factors: Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or related field with 1-4 years of experience; +5 additional years combination of education, professional training, or relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. Exposure or experience with tools such as Configuration Management Professional (CMPRO), DOORS. Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and within integrated product teams in physical and virtual settings. Proficient with MS Office products, particularly MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, and TEAMS. Exceptional interpersonal skills, “go-getter” attitude, and a passion for the Marine Corps mission. Strong oral and written communication, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities. Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance is required. Technical or hands-on user experience with military systems is highly beneficial. Salary range: $70K - $90K This position is Contingent on winning award. Alexandria Insights
