to work within an award-winning service located in and around Denbighshire. The service is a homeless charity which provides support services to homeless and vulnerably housed people. The Service operates across Denbighshire to assist in the prevention of homelessness due to family breakdown, landlord and tenant disputes, and neighbour disputes. Overview: Title:

You will be helping with their progression through a care pathway to live as independently as possible. You will have the support of a team of multi-professionals. The candidate: What you'll need to be successful as a Conflict Resolution Worker: To ensure that individuals are aware of the mission, aims and objectives, policies and procedures of the projects and the duties, responsibilities, and obligations of staff. To ensure that all individuals are treated fairly and afforded equality of opportunity. To manage referrals according to the procedures and eligibility criteria of the project.
