You will be assisting a Contracts Manager with the following tasks to help deliver construction schemes from start to completion. Full training will be given: Review of job specifications and pricing documents Competitive purchasing of all materials and equipment throughout the project Sourcing, managing and overseeing subcontractors Managing and updating project programs in conjunction with the contracts manager Regular client liaison to provide fortnightly progress reports Monthly project valuations and invoicing Pricing of any variations to the contract and additional works which arise Review of budgets on each project with a view of maximizing profitability Ensure H&S is maintained on all sites What We Are Looking For
Experience of working in a similar role; construction experience is preferred Excellent organisational skills and experience managing own workload Excellent communication skills both verbally and written Computer literate You will have a desire to work in the construction industry Working hours: 8-5 Please get in touch with Sally Whittingham to apply for this fantastic opportunity.
