Engineering work involved
Ensure that all non-conformances are identified and corrected. Managing, identifying, and resolving snags and liaising with Operators and contractors after the takeover to handle defects, the aftercare process, and performance testing. The successful candidate must drive and have a car.
Technical skills and requirements
- Conduct health and safety audits to ensure relevant issues are addressed.
- Supporting essential design and delivery reviews, identifying risks and issues, and working with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Ensure that the required project documentation meets our specifications and that the information for taking over is approved.
Practical information
- We are recruiting for two roles, both based at Hybrid – Maple Lodge or Hampton Coal Wharf – Hybrid.
- 26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with the length of service. (Plus bank holidays).
- Contributory pension – Defined Contribution - Maximum of 12% -2x employee contribution.
- Pay: £40,000 to £60,000 per annum.
