Location: Commutable to North Manchester Role Overview

The role of Contracts Manager – Fit-Out will involve: Contracts Manager position dealing with fit-out projects for the hospitality and leisure industries Managing all aspects of the contracts from the tender stage all the way through to the completion Monitoring all site activity; organising all site workers, collating risk assessments and carrying out health and safety checks Organising the ordering and delivery of all materials and plant that will be needed on site and ensuring they arrive on time Keeping all works moving smoothly and ensuring that project deadlines are adhered to whilst maintaining project cost plans Liaising with clients and providing reports for the project Attending pre-contract meetings and progress meetings with clients where required Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation Electronically documenting all contract-related correspondence, identifying and recording progress and problems Will be required to travel to site when required to attend project meetings (Nationwide) Ideal Candidate

The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Manager – Fit-Out with: Must have Contracts Manager experience within the hospitality or leisure fit out market sector Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs Resilient individual Highly organised with good attention to detail Excellent communicator written and verbally Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good team player who also works well individually Seniority Level
