An exciting opportunity has arisen in a long established family run company, for an experienced Contracts Manager or experienced supervisor looking to make the move to Contracts Manager to join our team in the next exciting phase of the business growth.
If you have experience in Contracts Management or Supervising in Roofing, Cladding, Facades including Rainscreen systems and are looking to move your career forward with a progressive, highly reputable contractor, this role could be a perfect fit for you.

North West (With occasional travel to other Project Locations within the UK) Salary & Benefits:
£45,000 - £50,000 (negotiable) + Company Vehicle and Package. The role will include all aspects of contracts management, including all pre and post construction activity, site installation, procurement, and H&S, along with management of all communication with the end Client to ensure that all work scope is achieved in line with contractual expectation. Role Responsibilities:
Oversee all construction activity associated to multiple Projects. Manage and forward all associated commercial costing of the Project to include any variation activity to the Project Surveyor. Maintain health and Safety standards on site and compile Method Statements and Risk assessments. Ensuring that work is carried out in strict accordance with Method Statements and Risk Assessments. Assess tasks, to produce, amend or add to Method Statements and Risk Assessments as required. To organise and supervise plant, craneage, materials, labour and sub-contractors to meet programme requirements. Check quality, ensuring that work conforms with specification and drawings. To co-ordinate deliveries with Main Contractor’s on-site systems. Attend meetings with Client/ Main Contractor as required. Supervise sub-contract labour to ensure work meets our requirements. To give weekly Toolbox Talks to labour and sub-contractors. Undertake site surveys and measures. We are seeking someone that can demonstrate previous experience as a Contracts Manager or long term supervisor who wants to make the move into Contracts Management. Seniority level
