About the Job:
The Fence Construction Crew Leader is responsible for supervising a fence products installation crew in accordance with Lee Fence policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities:
On the job training of employees.
Planning, assigning, directing, and assisting with work.
Inspecting work to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications.
Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Maintaining a safe work environment and enforcing all company safety policies.
Requirements:
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
2 - 5 years of related fencing industry experience, commercial fencing experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid driver's license.
Candidates must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Selected candidates must be able to pass a drug test and physical as a condition of employment.
