Our client is a nationally recognised developer with a group turnover of 1bn+. They undertake high-volume traditional housing and high-rise apartments for the high-end of the private market. The need now exists for an experienced Construction Director to take charge of works valued at 100m+. All projects include flats and houses (RC Frame, Traditional Build, and Timber Frame). The position will be based out of their office in Surrey, with travel required around Buckinghamshire, Reading, Surrey, and West London. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, gained with a recognised main contractor or developer. Our client is seeking a Construction Director with strong planning and pre-construction skills, along with experience liaising with clients' architects and subcontractors, as well as knowledge of current building regulations. In return, our client is offering a basic salary between 140k - 150k, along with a full package and bonus system.
