This role will involve working within a cohesive team on a varied range of interesting, complex (and often high profile) construction and engineering disputes, often with an international element, and playing a lead role on adjudications, litigation (TCC and High Court), and arbitrations. The team also works closely with the firm's non-contentious construction and real estate teams, wider litigation group, and international counsel.
