We are looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our client on the outskirts of Driffield.

£50,000 to £55,000 per annum (negotiable) + fantastic benefits Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 5pm Friday: 8:30am to 4:30pm Why join this company? Benefits include: 12.5% of salary as a bonus (based on company performance) – awarded for the last 6 years Early finish on Fridays 25 days' holiday + 8 bank holidays Ongoing training opportunities Hybrid working after probation (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) What will the Estimator be doing? Supporting the estimating team in collating estimates and contractors' proposals Undertaking take-offs and quantities to provide detailed cost proposals Liaising directly with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers Creating enquiry packages, including detailed scopes of work, and managing supply chain engagement for prompt return of information Understanding and applying mark-up/margin What are we looking for in the Estimator? Experience in modular, construction, or structures industry – essential Strong capability with Microsoft Office – essential Basic understanding of construction drawings – essential We welcome applicants with strong estimation knowledge in other sectors who are looking to learn a new sector.
