This is a fantastic opportunity for a Construction Estimator to join a well-established commercial-based company with exciting projects coming to fruition. Our client is a highly reputable construction-based company established for well over 40 years with a huge presence across the UK. They have gone from strength to strength and are experiencing organic growth. Our client prides themselves on providing a range of commercial construction services to their clients and has a brand reputation that is second to none. Due to securing new exciting commercial projects, they are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, and experienced Construction Estimator on a Full Time Permanent basis. Construction Estimator Role:

Manage tender processes from initial review to final submission for multimillion-pound commercial projects. Conduct take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities. Consult with the sub-contractor supply chain to ensure competitive pricing. Analyse and assess quotations for compliance and value. Work closely with the Development & Managers to ensure profitability. Present bids to Senior Management for review. Prioritise workload when working on multiple commercial projects. Regular weekly site visits within 1 hour from Leicestershire. Ensure estimates are tracked and submitted accurately within set time constraints. Follow up estimates for analysis, audit, and review. Provide great professional customer service to clients within the private and public sectors and be customer-focused. Construction Estimator Requirements:

Proven COMMERCIAL Quantity Surveying experience. Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines. Experience with COINS software or similar is an advantage. Effective communication and analytical skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Construction Estimator to join a well-established company with exciting projects.
