Construction Estimator – Heathrow Airport – 70K
I am currently representing an excellent facilities & construction expert who are in need of an Estimator from a construction background to work within Heathrow Airport on a permanent basis. They have been successfully operating for over 10 years and provide full construction fit-out through to facilities maintenance to high-end commercial clients including airports, showrooms, and various others. You will be office-based providing estimations, quotations, surveying jobs and costs from sub-contractors and estimating projects mainly for airport lounges on site. Duties to include: Researching materials, equipment, and labour costs. Gathering quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers. Assessing the levels of risk on a project. Analysing company data, exchange rates and prices using software packages. They are ideally looking for someone from a construction background who has successfully delivered high-end projects with full support from in-house estimators and the office team. In return, my client is looking to offer: 55 – 70K Basic Salary
– dependant on experience. Mobile phone & laptop provided. Stakeholder pension scheme. 21 days holiday plus bank holidays. Working hours: 07:45 – 16:30. Working at Heathrow – office based.
