Lemon Drizzle Recruitment has been appointed to recruit an experienced Construction Estimator for an established and well-developed business based in Teesside. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to manage tender enquiries of various sizes, ensuring clear and accurate prices are produced.
Responsibilities
Completing take offs Producing bills of quantities Producing cost estimates using 'Estimate' software Gathering information from subcontractors Liaising with other departments, stakeholders, and clients
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Estimator from a main contracting background, with a solid understanding of subcontracting packages and trade sequences for both new and refurbishment projects.

What You'll Be Doing
You will manage tender enquiries of various sizes ensuring clear and accurate prices are produced. You will analyze enquiry documentation, produce BOQs, gather prices for materials and subcontractor quotations, analyze risk, and produce and submit cost estimates for construction projects up to £5m. Projects will be a mix of new build and refurbishment.
