Our Graduate Construction Pathway is the perfect place for aspiring Site Managers, Project Managers & Construction Directors or anyone with a natural interest in project management, construction technology, and quality. This pathway is tailored to expose you to key areas of the business that will develop you into a strong all-rounder within the construction field. This pathway includes rotations within the business areas below, all constructed with key learning objectives in mind to equip you with all of the knowledge you need: Construction > Health & Safety > Commercial > Construction Planning > Technical and Customer Service You’ll rotate through these departments throughout your first 18 months, starting and finishing within the Construction department. During your final rotation, you’ll agree with your Line Manager where you will specialize and transition into this position on completion of your programme, taking the next step on your career path. The site location for this Construction Graduate is anticipated to be in Northampton, Northamptonshire. The anticipated close date of this vacancy will be Sunday 5th January 2025; however, if we receive a high volume of applications, we may close the vacancy earlier, so we encourage you to apply at your earliest convenience.
