A highly regarded Northwest-based consultancy, specialising in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced Construction Health and Safety Consultant to join their expert team. With a strong reputation built on referrals and long-term client relationships, this organisation prides itself on delivering tailored health and safety solutions to designers, developers, contractors, and property owners. Salary:

£40,000 to £45,000 per annum + generous car allowance and benefits Responsibilities: Leading the design process and ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations. Providing expert advice on health and safety risks during project design and construction phases. Managing pre-construction information, health and safety files, and Construction Phase Plans. Conducting site inspections and offering ongoing health and safety support to stakeholders. Qualifications: Ideally a Diploma/Degree in Health & Safety or a related field, with Cert/GradIOSH status (working towards CMIOSH). Proven consultancy experience in construction-related health and safety and CDM functions. Technical qualifications in architecture, construction, or engineering (preferred). Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. A valid driving licence and flexibility to travel, including occasional overnight stays. Vacancy Reference:
