Experience required:
Qualified in England and Wales or Common Law jurisdiction. At least 1 year of post-qualification experience. Experience advising on, drafting, and negotiating amendments to standard form building contracts such as JCT and NEC, including associated collateral warranties/third-party rights, performance bonds, and parent company guarantees. Ability to provide practical, clear advice. Experience advising on disputes, including contract termination, insolvency, payment disputes, extensions of time, and defects claims.
