BCL Legal is delighted to be assisting a leading national law firm currently seeking a Construction Lawyer to join its Construction team in Cardiff at the Senior Associate level (5+ PQE). This position is to support on constructions projects across a diverse range of sectors and is offered on a full time permanent basis with flexible working options accommodated and hybrid working as standard. This Construction team has grown significantly over the past few years and is now looking for a junior Construction Senior Associate to support partners operating across both the public and private sectors to include energy and infrastructure clients.
As a Construction Lawyer in this team, you would: - Work on a variety of public and private sector construction projects to include road, buildings, highways, marine, EV charging points, solar panels, wind farms and other green energy and infrastructure related work - Be involved with work spanning a variety of sectors including manufacturing, logistics, retail, leisure and automotive
About You
To be successful in your application for this Construction Lawyer vacancy, you will have: - 5+ years' PQE with a non-contentious construction focus - A genuine enthusiasm for the energy and infrastructure sectors and good general knowledge of building, construction and engineering work - A good teamwork ethic - The ability to train, supervise and mentor junior team members
