We have an exciting opportunity for a
Construction Manager
to join our team within Vistry Central Home Counties. As our Construction Manager, you will effectively motivate, support, and manage the site-based management teams to ensure that each development achieves the desired health, safety, and environmental performance standards. As the Construction Manager, you will promote the importance of customer relationships to all site-based teams, including directly employed and sub-contracted staff. You will ensure that the customer journey is applied and that our customers enjoy their moving-in experience. Your approach and associated results should be consistently high across all sites within the designated area. About Us
