I have partnered up again with a Top 10 UK Construction Contractor who is currently looking for a Construction Manager to work on a national basis across multiple major highways schemes up to the value of £150m.
The Construction Manager will be required to oversee the scheme from ECI through to handover back to the client. They are looking for the right candidate to start as soon as possible.
My client is looking for an experienced Construction Manager whose area of expertise is within the self-delivery world, and ideally comes from another Tier 1 Main Contractor.
The right candidate must understand the full construction process as well as the ability to build programs and also be commercially astute. They are currently at the very early ECI stages and keen to get someone started as soon as possible.
