• Supporting commercial activity including variations and reporting.
• Leading complex, high-impact energy and infrastructure projects.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale M&E construction projects.
• Experience working in live/critical environments.
• SMSTS (or IOSH), CSCS, and full driving licence.

Confirmed role details

• Are you an experienced Construction Manager with a strong M&E background, ready to lead the delivery of complex, high-value projects on a 12-month fixed term contract ?
• Overseeing temporary works and ensuring full compliance.
• Temporary Works Coordinator (desirable).

Candidate fit

• Confident managing subcontractors and stakeholder relationships.

Additional role context

• Leading site operations across large-scale M&E projects.
• Driving health & safety, including RAMS, CDM compliance, and site governance.
• Managing subcontractors, quality, and programme performance.
