My client is a leading developer that operates across the UK. After a successful project win, they are now looking for a Construction Manager to manage several packages on this scheme on a contract basis.
The ideal candidate will manage multiple packages, which include both internal and external works. You will need to have a CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work certification, along with extensive experience in working on large residential schemes as a Construction Manager.
